This policy explains what information The Stay Ready Advantage collects, how it is used, and the controls you have. It applies to the website and the app.
The Stay Ready Advantage is owned and operated by Client Follow-Up Systems LLC. You can reach us at hello@thestayreadyadvantage.com for any privacy question or request.
Account information: your name, email address, and password details when you create an account.
Career record information: the work history, accomplishments, skills, education, preferences, and documents you enter, upload, or confirm while using the service.
Usage information: basic analytics such as which features are used and how many AI generations you have used this month.
Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your plan and payment status, but we never receive or store your full card number.
We use your information to provide the service, administer your membership, send service emails such as purchase confirmations and review reminders, keep the service secure, and improve the service using aggregate (non personal) usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information.
When you use AI features, the relevant content from your career record is sent to our AI providers to generate drafts and suggestions. Generated content is never treated as verified until you review and confirm it. AI providers do not use this content to train their general models.
We share information only with the services needed to run the product: Stripe for payments, our AI providers for generation features, and our email delivery provider for transactional email. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your career record while your account is active, so you can return to it even after a membership lapses.
You can export your full record as a file anytime from Privacy and Data Controls inside the app.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated records anytime from the same screen. Deletion cannot be undone.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The current version is always shown on this page.
