Terms of Service

The Stay Ready Advantage helps you maintain a verified record of your professional history, prepare for interviews, and plan career transitions. The service includes tools for building a career record, generating documents, and receiving recommendations. It is not a recruiting agency, staffing firm, resume writing service, or coaching service.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Each account is for one person. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Full Access is a monthly subscription of $29 per month, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically every month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from Account and Billing or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing, and access continues through the end of the paid period.

Stay Ready Plus is a one-time purchase of 47.00 USD for 5 advanced courses. It does not renew, and the Plus courses stay unlocked while your Full Access subscription is active.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Charges appear on your card statement as STAY READY ADVANTAGE.

Accounts purchased under earlier one-time or subscription plans continue under the terms shown at their time of purchase. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and sales are final except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The service is built around one verified career record. Information extracted from documents you upload, and any content generated with AI, is marked unverified until you review and confirm it. You are responsible for confirming that your verified record is accurate before relying on it or sharing documents produced from it.

The service provides career organization and preparation tools only. It does not provide salary negotiation, compensation benchmarking, legal, financial, tax, or benefits advice, and it does not interpret employment law or severance obligations. For those matters, consult a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, income, hours, admission, or any career outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and decisions by employers and others.

Use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not provide false information, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use the service to misrepresent your qualifications to others.

AI features are provided under a monthly fair-use allowance described on the pricing page. The allowance resets each calendar month. We may limit usage that materially exceeds normal use of the service.

Your career record, documents, and other content you create remain yours. The service, its design, and its content, excluding your personal content, belong to the operator and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may improve or change the service over time. If we make a material change that reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect. We may update these terms; the current version is always shown on this page.

You can stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time from Privacy and Data Controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we end the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
